Mediation as a Tool for Resolving Conflict

Mediation empowers the parties in conflict to devise their own solutions, taking the power to dictate an “answer” away from a third party (such as a judge or arbitrator).

Mediation gives the parties the opportunity to avoid the time and expense of litigation.

Mediation fosters creativity and cooperation, over conflict and animosity.

Mediation may even help revive or strengthen relationships.

In mediation, all disputants have the opportunity to speak and be heard.

How does it work?

The parties come together in a safe, comfortable environment, working with a neutral mediator to create solutions.

The process is confidential, collaborative, and (ideally!) civil.

To get started, schedule a consultation to see if mediation is right for your dispute. Then we will convene the parties to facilitate a conversation. The length of the mediation depends on your unique situation. We look forward to speaking with you!
